1, Description
Four - bar linkage boxing is machine can play four or five cases of continuous packing one time.In beverage industry, four - bar linkage boxed packaging machine is mainly for bottled product packing work .With the excellent performance,it is widely used in beverages, beer, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. The machine includes:packing operating system , bottle conveying system , cases conveying system, automation control center , a total electrical cabinets and other components. Mechanical devices, pneumatic devices , photoelectric detection device , frequency control devices , PLC programmable controller and HMI as a whole. The modern equipment with automatic control technology ensure the accurate work.

2, Machine structure
1) Characteristics of pneumatic grasper
a) The compressed air(0.15~0.25MPa) make the internal set of pneumatic grasper deform to clamp the bottles,the internal set will recover when exhaust to unlock bottles.The grasper is controlled by electrical, accurate and reliable
2) Main features
a) Stable operations: boxing, unloading boxes are driven by a motor with brake,after the grasper clamping the bottles,then lifting, moving forward and dropping,after putting the bottles in the boxes,the graspers will move back.The twin-four-link mechanism make the movement orbit,it can be seperate into two parts: crank-rocker mechanism and double rocker mechanism,the unique twin-four-link mechanism makes the process of bottles lifting and dropping accurate and stable.
b) High efficiency of the machine : In the process of work, start and end are slow, steady, the middle movement is faster, reducing non - working time, improve production efficiency.
c) Easy operation : automatic speed adjustment, and synchronous with the entire production line operation
d) Reasonable structure : It is composed of reasonable structure, reliable pneumatic device and advanced control technologies, advanced technology and the structure is simple.
e) Safe and reliable : Besides setting the shield, network, there is a photoelectric safety devices, when operator straying into danger area and machine will immediately stops automatically.
