The Sunswell CGX16-40-15 Blowing and Filling Machine uses a specially designed secondary air blowing system to monitor the pressure curve during the molding process of each cavity bottle in real time, providing timely and accurate immediate parameters for process adjustment, which is convenient for operators. The process parameters are adjusted and the quality of the bottle is stable. Rated production capacity reaches 24,000 bottles/hour.

Gravity Filling Machine

1. Filling valves and tank are made of stainless steel SUS304.
2. Large flat bearing with teeth, stable and reliable performance.

6. Filling valve equips dummy cup and can do CIP circularly.

Capping Machine

1. Magnetic constant torque capping head ensures stability and controls defective rate of capping less than 0.2%.
2. Cap dropping rail equips a group of photoelectrical switch for reverse cap detecting. When lack of cap, machine will be stopped automatically.
3. Bottle infeed detecting switch works with the pneumatic cylinder on cap starwheel to avoid feeding cap on no-bottle condition.
