Machine function:
Position on the round bottle and square bottle to paste OPP, BOPP
and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will
deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both
ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.
The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage,
food, washing and other industries to realize labels-cutting,
glues-coating and labelling for round bottles and square bottle.
1.3.14. Adjusting air cylinder pressure
Adjust <the air cylinder pressure adjusting valve> (as Figure
9), to allow adjusting air cylinder pressure. The machine is
provided with a cylinder for glue coating. The pressure is
recommended to set 4~5kg to guarantee response sensitivity when
high-speed run. The pressure valve is not required to adjust normally!
1.3.15. Adjusting air-blowing pressure
Adjust <the air-blowing pressure adjusting valve> (as Figure
9), to allow adjusting the air-blowing pressure. The pressure is
generally set 0.2~0.3kg.
1.3.16. Label station
The Label station is one of the key components of the machine,
which mainly comprises release-roll device, guide roll, driving
roll, glue machine, glue-coating mechanism, label drum and blade
drum.
Main function: the main motor brings the driving roll to guide
labels to enter the blade roll, after the blade drum cuts the
labels separately by the assumed size, the labels are transferred
into the label drum for glue and labeling, shown as following
figure:

The label sensor is mounted on the labeling head, which location is
adjustable properly. The label sensor is used for the service of
labels inspection, meanwhile, finishing the counting of labels. The
feedback signal from the label sensor is sent to PLC to allow
accurate control of labels-feeding, including labeling-stop
position, assumedly finished label length, end of labels-feeding
and so on.
The glue-coating sensor is used to inspect whether labels exist on
the label drum, if do, control the glue-coating mechanism to work.
The label-missing sensor is used to inspect whether a label sticks
on a bottle rightly, if doesn't, the label-missing sensor can
inspect the missing label and control the system to stop.
