Sunswell PE Bottled Dairy Products with Aluminum Foil Sealing
This production line is especially for PE bottles with aluminum
foil filling, used in Yogurt, dairy and juice. The whole production
line consists of water treatment system, preprocessing system,
filling system and packaging system.
Bottle unscrambler
Scramble the ramdom bottles to be loaded in to the air conveyor in
a line to be washed.
Rinser-filler-seamer
Composed by Dispenser, rinsing clamp, rinsing water recycle, there is a fixed
rinsing time, the empty bottle was held by a fixed track, rinsing,
drying, then reaches the cleaning purpose.
The design of filling structure is reasonable and without hygiene
dead angle,the run of equipment is stable,the control accuracy is
within ±2mm.
The filling valve material is SUS304
The filling system has liquid level automatic control.
Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator,after
filling valve contact the bottleneck ,it start to fill.
Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.
Blow dryer
The fast blowing air from the blow of the high-pressure fan is
sprayed out of an aperture, to remove the remaining waters from
bottles to a high extent. The aperture is side-positioned to blow
all sides of bottles with fast flowing air.
Cooling tunnel
PLJ Series cooling tunnel machine is a new design of cooling
machine which absorbs advanced technique of the similar domestic
and foreign equipment. It adopts the treatment of three-stage
circulating cooling water and is used for the cooling of drinks
which does not contain gas, such as tea drinks, fruit juice, soy
sauce, etc. The cooling time depends on users’ speed regulation.
The machine is fabricated of stainless steel (SUS304) and has an
aesthetic appearance, whose system is safe and reliable.
Self Adhesive labeling Machine
Whole machine adopt qualified stainless steel and good-quality of
aluminum alloy , compact and reasonable fracture, convenient to
adjust; The label roll frame of shrinkage film with adjustable device,
convenient to adjust according to differ volume label 5″~10″paper
tube.
